These terms govern the use of the Céntrika platform while it is in MVP.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform to run your business lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or storing unlawful content.
Accounts and Organizations
Each company operates on its own workspace. The Owner of the Organization is responsible for managing access and permissions for their team.
Availability and changes
The platform is in MVP; maintenance windows and frequent changes may occur. We will notify in advance any change impacting data or key flows.
Limitation of liability
Céntrika is provided as-is; during MVP, liability is limited to a refund of actual payments made for the service.
Indicative MVP document — it will be replaced by the final legal version before public launch.
