This document describes how Céntrika handles personal and company data inside the platform.
Data controller
Céntrika acts as data controller for account data (user, email, memberships) and as processor for the operational data each Organization stores in its workspace (contacts, messages, invoices).
What we collect
Sign-up data (email, name), minimal technical metadata to run the service, and the data each Organization's team enters into CRM, inbox, and billing.
Use and isolation
Operational data is stored isolated per Organization via row-level security. Accounts are never mixed and data is not used to profile end users.
User rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing from the email associated with your account.
